Registration Fee
All registration fees for international participants are quoted in United States dollars (USD). Participants residing in Thailand may pay in Thai baht (THB). The applicable THB registration fee will be displayed automatically during the online registration process.
Note: The table presents international registration fees in USD. The corresponding THB fees for participants residing in Thailand will be displayed during registration.
Registration Categories
EGRWSE-2027 offers several registration categories for authors, students, non-presenting participants, and accompanying persons. Please select the category that best reflects your participation in the conference.
Delegate with Oral or Poster Presentation
This category is intended for authors whose abstract or full paper has been accepted for presentation at EGRWSE-2027.
Registered presenting delegates may deliver either an oral or poster presentation and will receive access to the technical sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, proceedings, and an official presentation certificate.
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a paid registration under the Delegate or Student category.

Spouse/Accompanying Person
This category is available to the spouse, family member, or accompanying person of a registered delegate or student.
The fee includes designated conference meals, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and approved social activities. It does not include paper presentation, publication, proceedings, conference materials, or a presentation certificate.
The conference banquet requires a separate reservation and payment of USD 70 per person.
Student with Oral or Poster Presentation
This discounted category is available to currently enrolled students who wish to present an accepted paper or attend the conference without making a presentation.
Student participants will receive access to the technical sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, proceedings, and an appropriate participation or presentation certificate.
Valid proof of current student status must be uploaded during registration.

Attending Delegate without Presentation
This category is intended for academics, researchers, industry professionals, government representatives, and other participants who wish to attend EGRWSE-2027 without presenting a paper or poster.
Non-presenting delegates may participate in the conference sessions and networking activities and will receive conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, proceedings access, and a certificate of participation.
This category does not include paper presentation or publication.

Credit-Card Processing Fee
Credit-card payments are subject to a 3.3% bank processing fee. This fee will be added automatically to the total amount payable and must be borne by the participant or author.
Non-Refundable Payment Policy
- All registration fees, spouse/accompanying-person fees, banquet fees, credit-card processing fees, and bank-transfer charges are non-refundable.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration information, payment amounts, presentation categories, and billing details are correct before making payment.
